Chad Von-Dett is the Chief Operations Officer for Burgos & Brein. In addition to overseeing daily operations of the company, Chad and his team are committed to driving strong results while transforming the way Burgos & Brein serves its clients – helping families protect their retirement.

In his 20-plus years as an industry professional Chad has served in a number of key leadership roles with emerging growth & Fortune 500 companies, including business development manager for Portfolio Investors and vice president of operations for Washington Mutual.

A long-time champion for diversity and inclusion, Chad previously chaired Just Yell Fire’s council responsible for the company’s global teen's strategy. Additionally, he and his family are active in supporting a number of nonprofits throughout the U.S.

In 2014, Chad was inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame as a distinguished instructor and continues to teach self-defense to families in his spare time.
